Yes, there is a minimum term of 24 months contract commitment.

Can I retain my existing number?

Radiance Calling plan comes with full number portability that will allow you to retain your existing phone number. As such, you get a peace of mind with zero impact to business operations.

What is the minimum requirement needed if I want to apply for this service?
For Radiance Calling Plan you will need to have one of the following Microsoft 365 Subscriptions and add on Microsoft Phone System or Business Voice (fewer than 300 in the Organization):

  • Microsoft 365 Business Standard
  • Microsoft 365 Business Premium
  • Microsoft 365 F1

Can I use this service when I travel overseas? Any additional charges?
Yes. You can continue to use this services when overseas as long as you have a internet connection. You can call a Singapore local number at local charges. For calls to other countries, you need to pay for the lower IDD charges based on the IDD rates provided.
Can I add more subscribers if there are staff who just join the company?
Yes. Radiance Calling Plan is versatile enough for you to add more subscribers during the contract period. You must maintain the same number of users during the duration of the contract period.
